Application Process
- Tour Facility
- Fill-out our application completely and turn it in with the $50 Application Fee, a copy of the student's most recent grade card, and SAT scores. Forward Pastor's Recommendation and Administrator's Recommendation to the appropriate offices.
- Schedule time for student testing through the school office.
- Schedule an admissions interview with the administration. (The interview will give parents an overview of the school's standards and will help them determine the compatibility of those standards taught at home.)
- After the admissions interview, the family will be notified of the outcome.
Admission Policy
- Students are admitted to PCA on the basis of personal family interviews, completed Pastor and Administrator forms, and the student's test results. (Testing will assess the student's academic level and assists in determining grade placement.)
- We require that at least one parent be a born-again, follower of Christ.
- The Administration of PCA require that both parents be in agreement with their child being placed at Polaris Christian Academy when both parents have parental authority for school placement.
- No student will be refused admittance to PCA on the basis of race, color, or national origin.
- The Administration of PCA will review these policies periodically and adjust as needed to improve our admission processes for our families.
Tuition & Fees
Tithing members of The Church at Polaris receive a 10% discount on tuition and the application fee is waived.

Pastoral Discount:
Children of Senior (Lead) Pastors will receive a 25% discount off their total tuition.
Pre-Paid Tuition Discount:
Families choosing to pre-pay their tuition in full will receive an additional discount of $200 per student enrolled. Full payment and registration must be received by the school office no later than August 1st in order to receive the pre-paid discount.
Application Fee:
$50.00 per family (one time only), non-refundable.
Registration Fee:
$150.00 for grades K-5, $225.00 for grades 6-8, non-refundable
(Includes: consumable books, use of non-consumable books, some art supplies, ACSI membership dues and testing materials.)
Multiple Chld Discount:
Second Child = $250
Third Child = $500
Fourth Child = $750
Financial Assistance Available:
Limited financial assistance is available. The amount of financial assistance awarded is based upon funds that are available, class size, as well as your family's need. Your family's need is determined by an assessment that you complete online. That online assessment can be found at www.factstuitionaid.com. All requests will be handled on a first come/first serve basis.
